3M 8810 double-sided adhesive tape has thermoconductive and heat dissipation properties, making it ideal for avoiding overheating in electronic equipment.
It is a double-sided tape with transfer adhesive 0.25mm thick.
Provides a preferential heat transfer path between heat generators and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g. fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes)
The specialized chemistry of this tape makes them modestly soft and capable of wetting to many surfaces, allowing them to conform well to non-planar substrates, provide high adhesion, and act as a good thermal interface.
