High fire resistance and intumescent behavior
The strip expands to several times its original volume when exposed to temperatures above 200 °C, creating a robust barrier that prevents the passage of flames, smoke, and gases.
Furthermore, it is halogen-free and does not emit toxic gases during combustion, which enhances safety in the event of a fire.
Airtight and watertight seal
It offers excellent air and water tightness with approximately 30% compression, capable of withstanding pressure differentials of up to 1000 Pa. Ideal for joints exposed to moisture or drafts.
Maximum flexibility and adaptability
